Marietta Lebold

Owner/Founder

Marietta has a deep passion for serving our community. Preparing and serving food brings her immense joy, offering a wonderful way to relax and connect with people. 

Her love for cooking started at a young age on a family farm with five brothers. She was running the fields in harvest time, bringing delicious, wholesome food made fresh from the farmhouse kitchen in the northern community of New Liskeard, Ontario. 

In her free time, Marietta enjoys experiencing local culture while day-tripping. She finds relaxation in nature and flowers, as well as spending time with friends.

Rosie Bowman

Customer Service/Marketing Assistant 

Rosie has a love for people and enjoys making others feel welcome and at home. She taught school for seven years where she loved the interaction with children. She has always enjoyed working in the kitchen - cooking, baking, and experimenting with new recipes. Aside from work, Rosie loves travel, experiencing new coffee shops and seeing more of the world. She's excited to continue to serve the folks in Ridgetown.      

Jessica Biehn

Customer Service

Jess first became passionate about all things coffee while working at a cafe in the mountains of BC. This passion brought her to Ridgetown in 2024, where she enjoys introducing patrons to their new favourite roast or specialty drink. Some of Jessica's favourite moments aside from the workplace include spending quality time with friends and family while traveling, enjoying a good food experience, or basking in the beauty of God's creation.

Candice Kauenhofen

Coffee Roaster

Candice started working at Marietta's Daily Delights when it first opened in July, 2024. Since then, she has become the main coffee roaster; her favourite bean to roast is Guatemala. Candice thinks of herself as a hobby collector, so to name them all would take awhile. Her favourite ones, though, are riding horses, cooking, reading, and playing tennis with her friends.
